Head of the Presidential Secretariat (HPS) Dr Roger Luncheon was discharged from the Georgetown Public Hospital yesterday morning and is doing okay, according to Health Minister, Dr Leslie Ramsammy.
Dr Luncheon left the hospital after being cleared by doctors and has no complaints at this time, Ramsammy told Sunday Stabroek yesterday.
The HPS was admitted to the hospital at around 7.30 am on Friday after complaining of back pains and a release from the institution later said that his condition was “stable and the doctors have been conducting further investigations.”
Dr Luncheon, 61, had a chronic back problem which had afflicted him for years, the Health Minister had said while noting that the HPS had suffered spasms prior to his admission.
