In the Tata Steel 2011 chess tournament which ends today, it is world champion Vishy Anand and US champion Hikaru Nakamura who lead the field with seven points each in Group A after ten rounds.
Three rounds were left to be played and it was difficult to predict a clear winner in the top group. Tournament favourite Magnus Carlsen is way behind with 5½ points having lost two crucial games to Anish Giri and Ian Nepomniachtchi. Here is Nakamura’s win over the French champion Maxime Vachier-Lagrave.
