Malvin Taylor, the man accused of shooting at his wife, her sister and another man was today remanded to prison after appearing before acting Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court.
The allegation against Taylor is that on January 26 at Quamina Street with intent to murder Sharon Taylor and Michelle Richards, he discharged a loaded firearm at the women.
On the same day, he is accused of discharging a loaded firearm at Aubrey Smith with intent to maim, disfigure or cause him actual bodily harm.
Taylor who resides at 51 ‘D’ Field Sophia was not required to plead to the indictable charges of attempted murder and discharging loaded firearms.
Taylor returns to court on February 8 for reports.
