GDF hosts students from two Berbice schools

The Guyana Defence Force (GDF) Base Camp Ayanganna hosted 208 students from two Berbice schools as part of its policy to continue to build  partnerships through civilian-military relations with government and non-governmental agencies.

In a press release the army said seven teachers including Headmaster Leroy King accompanied the Grade Six Cropper Primary School pupils and senior mistress Louralene Gouveia, six teachers and 16 parents accompanied the Number Eight Primary School students drawn from grades one to six to the army base on February 25 and on Thursday, respectively.
