The prices of gasoline and diesel have increased over the past two weeks at GuyOil and Texaco stations countrywide.
At GuyOil, the prices have been increased by $32; from $903 to $935 per gallon for gasoline, and from $893 to $925 per gallon for diesel.
At Texaco the price for gasoline has increased by $50; from $905 to $955 per gallon, while diesel has moved from $954 to $1023 per gallon.
Meanwhile, at Shell the price for gas is $989.55 per gallon, and $919.8 per gallon for diesel.
As a result of these increases, several minibuses have hiked their fares and some operators went on strike to press demands for an increase.
