City contractor Alwyn Alexander fell off the roof of a building where he had gone to do some work and died yesterday.
Alexander, 50, had accompanied his brother, who was awarded the contract, to the Shell Service Station at Agricola, East Bank Demerara when tragedy struck. He is reported to have slipped on an object while on top of the building resulting in him crashing to the ground.
