Customer panelCustomer panel: Republic Bank (Guyana) recently launched its 2011 customer panel at its Promenade Court headquarters, on New Market Street, Georgetown. According to the bank, the panel serves as a mechanism to enable it to better understand customers’ needs and expectations by engaging them in dialogue. “Through the customers’ insights, the bank will obtain valuable feedback on service, quality, customer satisfaction, as well as identify new product opportunities and inform elements of its marketing and communications strategy,” it noted. It said such a level of open communication would also result in increased levels of customer satisfaction and a closer relationship with customers. Customers were selected from all branches across the bank’s network to serve on the panel.
