Brian Tracey, Managing Director of Guyana Bank for Trade and Industry (GBTI) will be looking to upstage other competitors at Saturday’s GBTI sponsored Medal Play Golf tournament at the Lusignan Golf Course.
Tracey who returned to competition following a hiatus from the sport recently will be eager to be among the day’s winners.
However, competition will be fierce as several players have returned to form and could be in among the front runners.
They include last weekend top performers Ronald Bulkan, Mike Gayadin, David Harry, Fazil Hanif, Chatterpaul Deo, Lakeram Ramsundar, and Robby Deosaran.
The lineup is also expected to feature William Walker, Dr. Ram Singh, Clifford Reis, Mark Lashley, Ian Gouveia, Albert Russell, Albert Semple, Troy Codogan, Jerome Khan, Maurice Solomon, Christine Sukhram, Joaan Deo, Muntaz Hanif, Munaff Arjune, Colin Ming, Patrick Prashad, Brian Hackett, Esau Shamshudin, Carlos Adams and Mike Mangal.
Club Captain Patrick Prashad said the course is in excellent shape so competitive scores can be expected.
Prizes will be awarded to the first, second and third place players with the best net scores as well as the best net and Nearest to the Pin at the Number 8 Hole.
Tee off time 12:30 hours with assemble time set for 12:15 hours.
Registration closes tomorrow at 16:00 hours.
