Dear Editor,
After seeing today’s (April 6,) letter about garbage collection ceasing by S&H Contracting on the WBD, I would like to add that for the last year, we’ve been having on and off collection by the same company, for Pigeon Island and Chateau Margot, ECD also (‘Garbage collection at Westminster, WCD has ceased’). And for the last 2-3 months, no garbage has been collected at all.
Can the NDC look into the matter please? Perhaps get a reliable company to do the garbage collecting? I don’t mind paying the $200 a week we normally pay for this service (never mind we pay rates and taxes annually too).
