Dear Editor,
I have just returned home after studying abroad and was pleased to see the housing and commercial development taking place on the East Bank.
However, I have had more power cuts over the last few weeks, had no water in the taps for most of the day and the garbage, especially in the city, leaves me to believe that the powers that be have done nothing over the years to improve the lives of the citizens.
Perhaps the PPP candidate will explain to us what he means by the party’s record of achievement.
