Dear Editor,
Last Friday I was catching a route 42 bus to go home in Diamond/Grove. As I arrived at the bus park, I was told that the big buses were taking persons home for free. Before I entered, I asked the bus driver if he was taking passengers to Diamond/Grove and he answered that he was only going to Friendship. How are these buses helping passengers who don’t want to pay the fare increase? So I went in the minibus (which I was not mindful of doing) and paid the fare of $200 to the Diamond/ Grove Scheme.
The news is saying one thing and the bus drivers/conductors are doing something else. This is confusing and frustrating. The bus drivers/conductors are calling for a strike today. Will the authorities please do something to stop this nonsense.
