The East Coast Cricket Board (ECCB) is to resume the Carib Twenty/20 and the Rockaway Auto Sales Major and Minor League within the next week and is urging their affiliated clubs to organize their teams and grounds.
According to a press release the games will be played on Saturdays.
The ECCB also wishes to congratulate the Lusignan Street Warriors who showed excellent fighting spirit, passion and cricketing ability in the recently concluded GT&T 10/10 softball cricket finals. “They made us proud,” the release noted.
Meanwhile the board is inviting all female teams who have participated in the GT&T softball competition and are desirous of continuing competitive cricket to contact the ECCB in two weeks’ time.
