NEW DELHI, (Reuters) – Opener Sunny Sohal struck a fluent half-century as Deccan Chargers beat hosts Delhi Daredevils by 16 runs for their second victory in the Indian Premier League yesterday.
Opting to bat first, the Chargers lost opener Shikhar Dhawan in the second over but Sohal (62) forged a 92-run stand with skipper Kumar Sangakkara (49) and Cameron White chipped in with an unbeaten 31 to power them to 168 for four.
