National player Zaheer Mohamed’s top score of 48 propelled Enterprise Busta Sports Club into the final of the East Coast Cricket Board (ECCB) to face Lusignan Sports Club (LSC) on Monday.
In the game, played at the Enterprise Community Centre Ground, Enterprise batted first and scored 152-5 off their allotted 20 overs. Mohamed was supported by Amit Ramcharran (38) and Kayume Hamid (31). K. Sandiford was the top wicket taker for the Lions XI- K. Sandford with 2-20.
In reply Lions X1 could only muster 108 all out with D. Hart top scoring with 36 and Martin Rajmangal making 25. Videsh Lall took 3-12, Mohammed 2-14 (3) and Chaterpaul Singh had 2-22 from his four overs.
Enterprise will clash with old rivals Lusignan in a grand final on a date to be announced.
