The People’s Progressive Party has extended deepest sympathy to the followers in Guyana and abroad of Sri Satya Sai Baba who passed away on Sunday, April 24 at age 84. The PPP said in a press release that Sai Baba “was a great humanitarian who did a great deal to help the poor in India and internationally. His death is a blow to humanity.”
The ruling party also stated that “we are certain that the legions of his followers will continue to propagate his teachings and his works.”
