Guyana Bible Society A team comprising representatives of the Guyana Bible Society, Child Evangelism Fellowship and members of the Newtown Assembly of God last week Wednesday donated backpacks, stationery as well as other school items to the New Opportunity Corps (NOC) at Onderneeming on the Essequibo Coast.  A special church service was also conducted aimed at challenging the residents to adjust their behavior. In this picture, Area Representative of the Guyana Bible Society Neville Butts (left) hands over the donation to Administrator of the NOC Shabur Ali.  The donation was made possible by the Suriname/Guyana Bible Society and other donors under a project called Kids at Risk. The project caters for two thousand children around the country.
