(Trinidad Express) Former government minister and People’s National Movement (PNM) stalwart, Kenneth Valley has died.
Valley was Member of Parliament for the Diego Martin Central constituency between 1991 and 2007. He also served as Minister of Trade and Industry.
Family members confirmed his passing.
