Four persons sustained minor injuries after the Route 50 minibus they were in, collided with a car at the corner of Camp Street and North Road yesterday morning.
An eyewitness told Stabroek News that he was driving along Camp Street and stopped at North Road to observe the traffic before crossing the busy road.
He said that the car behind him swerved and overtook him and crashed head-on into the minibus which was travelling along North Road.
When Stabroek News visited the scene, the bus which plies the Georgetown to Rosignol route, was fixed onto a lantern post while the car straddled a street sign.
