Police on Tuesday arrested two men after destroying two marijuana fields and several kilogrammes of dried marijuana at Millie’s Hide Out Backdam, Linden-Soesdyke Highway.
Police said in a press release yesterday that a team found a field which contained about 5,000 plants, ranging in height between two feet and four feet. A nursery with about 3,000 seedlings and a camp with five kilogrammes of dried marijuana were also found and destroyed.
The police also found a five-acre field of about 10,000 marijuana plants ranging in height from two feet to eight feet and a nursery with approximately 10,000 seedlings at Moblissa. These were also destroyed.
