At about 0850h. today police ranks stopped and searched motor vehicle PJJ 9393, which was en route to Suriname, at Molsen Creek, Corentyne. The police say that during the search two kilograms of cocaine and 89 grams of suspected hashish were found.
A man and a woman were arrested and the motor vehicle has been detained as the investigations continue.
