Police yesterday during a search operation at Belmont, Mahaica, East Coast Demerara found more that seven kilogrammes of marijuana.
According to a police press release a man is in police custody assisting with investigation. The release said ranks conducted a search on a house and found seven kilograms 501 grammes of the prohibited drug.
