At about 1530h today the police say they stopped and searched a man at a boat-landing at Springlands, Corentyne, Berbice, during which 2 kilograms 400 grams of suspected cocaine were found in a haversack in his possession.
Two men have been arrested and are in police custody assisting with the investigations, a release from the police said.
