Uncensored, live stand-up comedy is back with part two tonight and this time there will be a competition segment among upcoming comedians at the National Cultural Centre.
The organizers in a release said that part two of the comedy show will feature a competition segment with upcoming comedians: Miranda Austin, Chris Gopaul, Odessa Primus, Chubby and Sir Kirwyn Mars, who is making his standup debut.
This competition will be judged by the audience and prizes will be a Blackberry cell phone sponsored by Cellular Plus and a gold chain from Elegance Jewellery & Pawn Shop on D’Urban Street.
The show will also feature performances from veteran comedians Lyndon ‘Jumbie’ Jones, Henry Rodney, Chow Pow and Habeeb Khan.
Tickets for the show cost $800, $1200 and $1500 and can be picked up at Giftland Office Max, Elegance Jewellery, Matt’s Record Bar and the National Cultural Centre.
