Police yesterday found an unlicensed shotgun and matching cartridges at a house at Hope Low Lands, East Coast Demerara and a man is in custody assisting with investigations.
According to a release from police, acting on information received, ranks searched the house around 2:30pm and found the unlicensed 16-gauge shotgun along with six cartridges.
