A service disruption at the Meten-Meer-Zorg well station will see residents from DeWilliam to DeKenderen, West Coast Demerara affected by low water pressure, according to a Guyana Water Incorporated (GWI) advisory.
“Teams will be working during the course of the weekend to rectify these difficulties in the swiftest manner possible,” GWI said, while noting that the disruption is due to operational difficulties.
GWI also urged customers against tampering with mains during the disruption. It said it regretted any inconvenience caused.
