The University of Guyana (UG) is providing a final opportunity for persons to apply for the 2011/2012 academic year, and online applications were reopened for one week beginning July 11 and ending July 17, a press release from UG’s Public Relations Division said.
It stated further that suitably qualified persons who desire to pursue degree, diploma, associate degree and certificate programmes for the 2011/2012 academic year are invited to submit their applications.
Interested persons should apply directly by going to the University of Guyana webpage: www.uog.edu.gy
Prospective students who have written CSEC/CAPE/ GCE/GTEE this year and are awaiting results are encouraged to apply now, pending results. And according to Registrar Vincent Alexander, “Applications will not be reopened in August.”
Meanwhile, a late fee of $2000 will be charged for each programme selected, the release added.
