The Bartica St. Anthony Old Student committee this year awarded the top students from the St Anthony and Perima Primary Schools for their outstanding performance at the National Grade Six Assessment (NGSA). The committee was established two years ago by Martin Murray, Nirvan Burnette and Carlos Prowell, and its objective is to recognise and reward top students with a Laptop computer. The organization has networked with Vishnu Panday & Associates Inc, who has pledged to make a yearly contribution of offering IBM Laptop computers for half the price. In this photo Shania Wilson receives a Laptop computer from Burnette. Last year, Aaron Usman was awarded for his outstanding performance at the NGSA.
