As part of its continuing outreach to stakeholders, the heads of missions of the European Union, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and the United Nations Development Programme on Friday met with representatives of the media. Various matters related to the upcoming general elections were discussed. The representatives of the diplomatic missions have already met President Bharrat Jagdeo, political parties, the Guyana Elections Commission and the Private Sector Commis-sion.
