(De Ware Tijd) PARAMARIBO — Thursday, the authorities again successfully intercepted around 30 kilos of cocaine at Johan Adolf Pengel Airport (JAP) in 3 separate cases. The first regarded 21 kilos of cocaine Customs discovered during the regular check with their scan. The second case resulted in the arrest of 2 vegetable-exporters B.J. and S.J. who tried to smuggle 7.5 kilos of cocaine in a shipment of ochroes. The third case regarded that of a middle-age Dutchman who was arrested with liquid cocaine in two perfume bottles and 116 pellets in his stomach.
