The police say they are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of miner Aftab Rahim, 32 years of Tuschen, EBE.
Investigations have revealed that Rahim who died at the GPHC yesterday, was allegedly assaulted by a number of persons at Apaika, Enachu, on September 03, 2011.
A man has been arrested and is in police custody assisting with the investigations, the police said.
