Lucky Shopper: Guyana Police Consumers Cooperative Society customer Debra Bernard was the First Prize Winner in this year’s annual back-to-school promotion raffle. In Picture Ms. Bernard, a civilian shopper, receives her prize of a personal computer from the Society’s General Manager Inspector Neville Cadogan. After the handing over Inspector Cadogan told Stabroek Business that the promotion served the twin purpose of broadening the supermarket’s customer base and focusing on supporting parent initiatives to ensure that their children are equipped for school.
