The Rotary Club of Felicity Charlieville in collaboration with Rotary Clubs in Guyana has been distributing wheelchairs to the differently abled. The distribution has taken place in two phases: during the first phase in 2009, 220 wheelchairs were distributed, and in the second, 110 more will be given out over the next few days. In the photo above a few of the recipients can be seen with their “gift of mobility.”
