The East Bank Cricket Board (EBCB) is inviting all Under-17 cricketers in the area to gather at the Diamond Cricket Ground today at 4:45pm for a meeting.
At the meeting arrangements will be made for the East Bank players to begin preparation for the Inter-Association Under-17 competition, scheduled to commence tomorrow.
Participating teams in this Under-17 competition will be East Coast, West Demerara, Georgetown and East Bank and performing players will be selected to represent Demerara, for a proposed Guyana Cricket Board (GCB) Inter-County Under-17 competition to be held from October 28 to November 4.
From the Inter-County competition, a Guyana squad will be chosen for the West Indies Cricket Board (WICB), Regional Under-17 tournament in Trinidad and Tobago from December 10 to 20, 2011.
