At around 9.30 this morning an Air Services Limited Cessna 206 aircraft, bearing the registration number 8RGGE, crashed on landing at Arau in Region Seven, during bad weather conditions.
Reports are that there were four persons on board the aircraft at the time, but all escaped with minor injuries.
This newspaper also understands that the crash has left the aircraft with major structural damage.
The Guyana Civil Aviation Authority is currently investigating the incident.
