A 22-year-old labourer from Blankenburg, West Coast Demerara is now dead, after he fell off a scaffold while at work in Mahaica.
Dead is Kester Sanko of Lot 4, Old Road, Blanken-burg, WCD. Reports are that Sanko was at work on a building yesterday at Mahaica, when he fell from the scaffold he’d been on. He was rushed to the Mahaicony Cottage Hospital, where he succumbed minutes after his arrival.
Sanko’s body is currently at the Lyken’s Funeral Parlour.
