Government recently handed over a 4×4 truck to the Guyana Police Force E and F Division to help it fulfil its mandate.
Senior Superintendent Owen Trotz received the vehicle at a simple ceremony hosted at the Kumaka play field, a press release from the Government Information Agency said. The vehicle was presented to the community after a PPP/C meeting was held in the area on Saturday.
Trotz gave assurances that the truck would be used for its intended purpose.
“We have a serious and strict station sergeant and the police at Moruca would not misuse this vehicle,” he said.
