Sol Guyana Inc has announced that it is offering an enhanced fuel with the introduction of the Shell V-Power with Friction Modification Technology (FMT) in seven of its key markets.
In a press release, Sol said as licensee of the Shell brand it is offering the service in Barbados, Belize, Grenada, St Lucia, St Vincent, Suriname and Guyana. “The new Shell V-Power is an enhanced product developed by Shell in collaboration with Ferrari …using the same technology used by Ferrari Formula One cars to deliver improved performance from the first fill,” the release said. It added that the fuel features a unique double action formulation designed to actively clean engines and reduce friction to help deliver more power throughout the life of the car, it added.
Sol says it remains passionate about offering quality, high performance fuels and maintains an unwavering dedication to work with Shell to improve the fuel proposition to the Caribbean since its launch in November 2006. It also says customers can look forward to a range of activities to mark the relaunch of Shell V-Power, including a Happy Hour with giveaways at each Shell service station and other promotions.
