Defending champions Broad Street whipped Retrieve of Linden 4-0 but it was West Front Road who was the most clinical when they routed Plaisance 8-0 at the Albouystown Court on Thursday night.

Broad Street’s Shawn Smith and West Front Road’s Wendell Pedro and Hubert Pedro scored hat-tricks in their teams’ wins.

Smith scored in the 1st, 4th and 5th minutes of the game while Kelvin Grimes netted in the 20th minute against Retrieve.

Randolph Wanger complemented the goals of the Pedro brothers and found the back of the net in the 6th and 7th minutes.

North-Last Entrance defeated Rasville 3-0. Rickford June scored twice in the 2nd and 7th minutes while Damion Barker needled one in the 4th minute.
There was a close encounter between Kitty and Stevedore Housing Scheme with the match ending 3-2 in favour of Stevedore.

Fitzroy Weatherspoon and Elroy Parks were the goal scorers for Stevedore while Jermaine Williams and Travis Martin scored for Kitty.

Back Circle also had an impressive performance against East La Penitence, beating them 5-1. Andy Duke and Vincent Thomas netted doubles and Allan Kennedy chipped in with one. Orvin Milton scored the consolation for East la Penitence. 

Lodge Housing Scheme and Sophia played a 2-2 draw; Tiger Bay-Queen Street beat Island Allstar 1-0 and Hope Street Tiger Bay emerged winners over Eagles of Linden.
