The Managing Director of the Guyana Pegasus and Guyana Stockfeeds Limited claims that on November 2 he endorsed the Alliance for Change (AFC) during a press conference. On the Evening News which was broadcast that night and in the Guyana Chronicle the next day false statements were nade against him.
He said in the documents that, “There are no grounds for the defendants’ suggestion that I have been anything less than scrupulous in my business dealings or that I have ever mistreated or caused to mistreat any employee.”
Badal said he will suffer “irreparable harm if the defendants are not restrained from repeating their slander and defamation”.
