Dear Editor,
On November 14, 2011, I was crossing over a bridge exiting Lamaha Park, leading to Festival City. The bridge is in a deplorable condition and as a result, my left foot slipped under the bridge and got terribly bruised; my one side shoe was left in the trench.
This bridge has been in this condition for quite a long time. I made several complaints but these proved futile.
I do hope that the Regional Democratic Council or the relevant body authorizes that maintenance be done urgently, since this bridge is frequently used by residents, including schoolchildren.
