The Electoral Assistance Bureau (EAB) hosted a training session for private sector election supervisors to brief them on their duties and responsibilities.
In a press release, the Private Sector Commission said participants were briefed by Fr Malcolm Rodrigues and other EAB directors and a paper on the role of observers was also distributed. The EAB now has a full complement of supervisors for the elections and it expects that all systems will run smoothly, the release added. The session was held on Wednesday at 4.30 pm at Duke Lodge.
