Mokeisha Archer played unbeaten to capture the female version of the University of Guyana’s inaugural scrabble competition which ended on Friday.
Archer, who ended on 442 points, defeated Julie Richmond in the final.
Richmond ended with 341 points.
Archer who represented the faculty of Health Sciences also scored the highest points in the tournament.
Richmond and Archer secured their places in the finals after defeating Alicia Pollard and Faith Forde respectively.
Last Friday Julian Cadogan won the male version of the competition by defeating Mark Charles in the final. Cadogan represented Natural Sciences.
