I am indeed pleased that Mr Netram at Friendship East Bank Demerara is finding use for plastic bottles and containers, and naturally, since he alone cannot collect plastic bottles etc to feed his pulverising machine, it means others will make some money collecting plastic to sell to him.
I read somewhere that India is using the same process as Mr Natram and mixes the pulverized plastic with road-building material to make roads, so naturally plastic waste can be of tremendous use in other industries.
Finally I do hope Mr Natram will show compassion for his neighbours and do the right thing to reduce the noise.
