Linden Lord, the Guyanese doctor residing in Jamaica who was shot outside his Mandeville home in October, is said to be in a stable condition in a US hospital.
The man’s mother, Doreen Lord, also told Stabroek News that to her knowledge none of the suspects has been apprehended, “we have not received a follow-up report from the police since.”
On the night of October 14, Dr Lord who was working at the Mandeville Hospital, was about to enter his home in the Ingleside community when gunmen pounced upon him and shot him in the head.
