The second annual West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) Regional Under-17 tournament that was scheduled to bowl of in Trinidad from December 10-20 has been postponed due heavy rainy conditions in Trinidad.
This is the second regional tournament to be pulled from the twin-island republic in the last few days
