Seven Seas made “a substantial financial contribution” to the Periwinkle Cancer Club

Seven Seas made “a substantial financial contribution” to the Periwinkle Cancer Club of Guyana from the proceeds of a promotion it held during Breast Cancer Awareness month. In a press release, Geddes Grant, the local distributors of Seven Seas, said Guyana was among 19 countries that participated in the promotion held to promote awareness of the disease and to raise funds for research and prevention efforts. Penelope Layne, Chair of the club’s Welfare Committee, who received the donation on behalf of the club, said it was a very thoughtful gesture.
