Deadline for posting for the holidays

The Guyana Post Office Corporation (GPOC) in a press release yesterday said that the deadline for posting international mail for the holidays is today and for local mail the deadline is next Wednesday. According to the GPOC, these dates are more likely to ensure the delivery of mail by December 25. The corporation also assured customers that it remains committed to providing the best service possible in the area of mail and parcel post delivery.
