The Guyana Police Force is informing the general public that approval has been given for the Youth Coalition for Transformation to hold a march around the streets of Georgetown tomorrow, Friday December 16, 2011, commencing at 1530h. from the Arch on Brickdam and culminating at the Stabroek Market Square where a public meeting will be held at 1700h.
The police say that the route which has been approved for the march is as follows:
Ø Assemble at the Arch on Brickdam
Ø West along Brickdam
Ø North along the western carriageway of Avenue of the Republic
Ø West into Church Street
Ø North along the western carriageway of Main Street
Ø East into Lamaha Street
Ø South along the eastern carriageway of Main Street
Ø South into the Avenue of the Republic
Ø West into Croal Street, to Stabroek Market Square.
