Over the past six months or so, work has been proceeding apace to develop a housing settlement at the extreme south of Enmore Hope East. The infrastructure is almost complete.
What bothers me is the cloak and dagger way in which this scheme has gone up.
Also, the allocation of lots has begun, but the allocation was done at the Lusignan Community Centre, not in Enmore. No notice of this allocation was announced in Enmore. The Ministry of Housing should explain the secrecy in the allocation of lots in this scheme.
