A grand countrywide two day dominoes competition will take place on Monday and Tuesday at two different venues in the city.
The action will commence from 1pm on Monday at the Malteenoes Sports Club where registered teams will compete for the first prize of $200,000 a trophy and a medal.
The runners-up will receive $100,000 and a trophy will the team that finishes third will receive$50,000.
Additionally, the first 10 teams that pay the registration fee of $10,000 will receive six beers of their choice or a bottle of rum.
The competition is being sponsored by Ansa Mc Al Trading Limited, Balram Singh, T&T and Chung’s Global Enterprise.
Teams will be allowed to re-enter before the start of the second round.
Teams are requested to walk with a good pack of dominoes.
